Responsibilities:

  • Communicate & work with factory for the product development and monitor the order process to ensure clients need within the product schedule

  • Issue and follow up quotations, order details following up until shipment completed.

  • Monitoring production status and order status to meet shipment deadline.

  • Explore the potential new customers in different markets as well as cultivate business opportunities and relationship with existing customers

  • Work with clients to develop design briefs on their pain point/product needs so our Product Development team can develop new design solutions for these opportunitie.

  • Handling complaints and negotiations.

  • Develop business strategy through having clear understanding and analysis of customers’ needs and profile.

  • Analyze current market situations and competitive activity to identify business opportunities by generating active enquires and interest through active product / design offers to customer.

  • Participating in annual marketing and promotions activities such as attending exhibitions, and actively preparing all the necessary materials for sales presentations.

  • Establish the long term business relationship with clients through provision of best products & services in order to maximize our business growth

  • Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related fiel
  • 2 years working experience in international sales and new product development,
  • Good knowledge in manufacturing process
  • Proven business development and account follow up skill.
  • Able to explore new accounts and sales opportunities.
  • Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Able to travel to China factory when required.
