Position Overview 職位概覽

• You will oversee the daily trading operations and lead our sales, sales administration, and shipping teams.
• 你將負責監督日常貿易運作，並領導銷售、銷售行政及船務團隊。
• This role is pivotal in maintaining customer satisfaction, ensuring operational efficiency, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities 主要職責

• Lead and manage the sales, sales administration, and shipping teams
• 領導及管理銷售、銷售行政及船務團隊
• Oversee the daily trading operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery
• 監督日常貿易運作，確保流程順暢及準時交付
• Ensure professional service is consistently delivered to overseas customers
• 確保持續為海外客戶提供專業服務
• Supervise order processing and ensure trading operations run efficiently
• 監督訂單處理，確保貿易運作高效進行
• Monitor shipping documentation and logistics to guarantee accuracy and punctual delivery
• 監控船務文件及物流，確保準確及準時交付
• Build and strengthen relationships with key international customers
• 建立並加強與主要國際客戶的關係
• Attend trade shows and exhibitions in Hong Kong, China, and overseas
• 參加香港、中國及海外的貿易展覽及博覽會
• Support the Managing Director in overseeing a team of 20–25 staff
• 協助董事總經理管理一支由20至25名員工組成的團隊
• Report directly to the Managing Director
• 直接向董事總經理匯報

Ideal Candidate 理想候選人

• Degree holder
• 持有學位
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (written and spoken)
• 精通英語、廣東話及普通話（書寫及口語）
• Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in export trading, preferably in small to medium-sized trading companies
• 至少三年出口貿易管理經驗，最好曾於中小型貿易公司工作
• Proven expertise in export trading operations, especially sourcing from China for overseas markets
• 具備出口貿易運作的專業知識，尤其是從中國採購以供海外市場
• Strong understanding of trading documentation, including L/Cs, import/export shipping documents, and banking paperwork
• 深入了解貿易文件，包括信用證、進出口船務文件及銀行文件
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• 具備卓越的領導及團隊管理能力
• Customer-focused with strong relationship-building capabilities
• 以客戶為中心，並具備強大的關係建立能力
