VP, Corporate Finance ( IPO Execution )

Job Description

         **Key Responsibilities**

1. - - - Lead end-to-end execution of key transactions, including IPOs, M&A, pre-IPO investments, and other capital raising initiatives.
      - Manage all project facets: internal approvals, due diligence, financial analysis, regulatory submissions, and deal documentation.
      - Develop complex financial models and valuations to support client recommendations and negotiations.
      - Serve as the primary point of contact, liaising directly with clients, external advisors, and regulatory bodies.
      - Drive business development by contributing to client pitches, market research, and innovative deal ideas.
      - Oversee and mentor junior team members on transaction processes.

Requirements

1. - - - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
        
        8-10 years of proven, hands-on experience in corporate finance, with a demonstrable track record in executing ECM, M&A, or Debt transactions.
        
        In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance and listing requirements.
        
        Exceptional financial modeling, analytical, and presentation skills.
        
        Proven ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
        
        A proactive, stable, and collaborative team player.
        
        Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential; Cantonese proficiency is a strong advantage.
