Business Data Analyst (Budget Up to 57)

Job Summary:
You will be worked as an experienced **Business Data Analyst** with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in data analysis, and have a proficiency in SQL and Power BI/Tableau, and a proven ability to design use case and KPIs for business.

Responsibilities

- Define usable KPIs or metrics for business process
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define KPIs
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling, row-level security, etc.)
- Translate business questions into clear analytical approaches and deliver actionable insights
- Present findings and dashboard walkthroughs to both technical and non-technical audiences (including senior leadership)
- Collaborate with data engineers on data pipeline improvements when needed

Requirement:

- - Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
  - Minimum 5 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
  - Advanced SQL proficiency (ability to write efficient, complex queries on large datasets)
  - Strong business acumen – ability to understand how data drives business outcomes
  - With experience presenting to stakeholders and leadership
  - Attention to detail
  - Proficient in Cantonese and English

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Power BI/Tableau
Knowledge of Python for analytics (nice to have)
