Mobile Application Test Lead - Insurance 65k

We are looking for a Test Lead to join a team in the insurance technology sector. This role requires expertise in coordinating and overseeing testing processes to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions.

Description

• Design and architect automated test frameworks and approaches for various applications.
• Implement QA processes and automated testing across all workstreams to optimize the overall testing cycle.
• Lead and mentor a team of automation engineers to deliver automation solutions.
• Provide technical design expertise for automation and performance testing solutions.
• Review test artifacts produced by other teams to ensure quality and compliance.
• Guide test developers in automation script development and best practices.
• Conduct regular code reviews to maintain automation code quality.
• Execute manual test cases and manage testing deliverables for assigned projects.
• Design and maintain automation test reports to provide quick insights and facilitate efficient failure analysis.
• Develop new interfaces and tools to support testing activities.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, or other STEM-related disciplines.
• Min. 7 years of experience in consulting, business operations, or project management with a strong focus on quality assurance and test automation-preferably in financial services.
• Proven track record in large-scale, complex digital transformation projects within banking or financial services.
• Hands-on experience leading diverse teams across multiple workstreams.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in Agile environments.
• Ability to think innovatively and solve problems proactively.
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Cantonese Sepaking is required.
