Assistant Procurement Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the procurement process for engineering materials, equipment, and services
• Support the Team Head in implementing new procedures and projects
• Proven experience in supplier management, contract negotiation and cost optimization
• Analyze market trends and evaluate supplier performance to ensure competitive advantage
• Drive process transformation initiatives to improve procurement efficiency and effectiveness
• Utilize data analysis to inform procurement decisions and strategies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree holder or above in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration or related disciplines
• 8-10 years of sourcing or procurement experience
• Demonstrated expertise in category management, ideally within the engineering or manufacturing sectors
• Proficient in data analysis and experienced with ERP systems
• Ability to lead and motivate a team, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and process optimization.
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Candidate with more experience can be considered as Procurement Manager.
