Senior Manager, Supply Chain Process Excellence

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Supply Chain Process Excellence to lead global initiatives that drive operational efficiency, process optimization, and continuous improvement across our end-to-end supply chain. This role will partner with cross-functional teams to implement best practices, leverage data-driven insights, and deliver measurable impact on cost, speed, and quality.

Description

• Develop and implement process improvement strategies using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to improve supply chain KPIs.
• Lead global optimisation projects aimed at reducing lead times, improving service levels, and driving cost efficiencies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardise processes, integrate automation, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Monitor performance metrics and deliver actionable insights through advanced analytics and reporting tools.
• Coach and mentor teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in supply chain operations, process improvement, or operational excellence roles.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles; PMP certification is a plus.
• Proven track record in leading global projects and driving measurable improvements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
