Deputy Manager, Technical Services (Commercial Building)

Responsibilities:

• Drive sustainability initiatives and maintain certifications such as ISO, WELL, LEED, IAQ etc, ensuring commercial buildings meet international standards.
• Manage the certification process, including site preparation, facilitating on-site audits, and maintaining certifications through regular reports and reviews.
• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans, upgrade building systems for sustainability, and ensure health and safety compliance by regularly reviewing service standards, procedures, and risk controls to enhance operational efficiency and reliability.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to deliver services that meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations.
• Ensure the procurement and operational processes comply with Company Policies and Statutory Requirements.
• Support the technical team, providing guidance and resolving operational challenges effectively.

Requirements:

• Degree Holder in related disciplines, preferably in Building Studies, Building Surveying, Building Services Engineering, Facilities Management.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in property or facilities management field, with at least 3 years at managerial level.
• Solid experience in facilities/ properties management.
• Strong knowledge of building operations, compliance frameworks, and sustainability practices.
• Experience in ISO certification, audits, international standards, and certifications applications operations is highly preferred.
• Strong business acumen with proven problem-solving abilities, a clear understanding of the role’s operational impact, and excellent interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
