Building Services Manager (Property Management Projects)

Key Responsibilities

Tendering & Business Development
- Lead the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, ensuring compliance with client requirements and local regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to secure new projects and expand market share within the property management sector.
Project & Operational Management
- Oversee the full project lifecycle, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and quality assurance.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects in compliance with statutory requirements, safety standards, and client expectations.
Team Leadership & Development
- Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Implement training and development programs to enhance technical expertise and leadership capabilities.
Client Relationship & Service Excellence
- Act as the primary point of contact for key property management clients, ensuring exceptional service and long-term partnerships.
- Identify opportunities for value-added services, such as energy efficiency solutions and smart building technologies.

Qualifications & Experience

Degree in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline.
Minimum 8 years’ experience in building services or MEP projects, with proven exposure to property management clients.
Strong knowledge of Hong Kong building regulations and relevant codes of practice.
Demonstrated experience in tendering, project management, and client engagement.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Professional qualifications (e.g., MHKIE, CEng) will be an advantage.
