Interested in how Hong Kong's Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) works? Here is your chance to find out! On 22 December, Hong Kong Talent Engage (HKTE) is hosting a social exploration tour, the ICAC immersive programme "Operation 303". You can become an ICAC investigator for a day and take on the anti-corruption challenge.

Programme highlights:

• Be a "Special Investigator" and work on a simulated corruption case. Gain first-hand investigation experience to learn about the challenges faced by the ICAC, and their determination to fight against corruption
• Visit the ICAC Exhibition Hall to learn the anti-corruption history of Hong Kong and the ICAC's strategies to combat corruption

Remarks:

• Successful applicants who are absent without a valid reason may affect their eligibility for registering for future HKTE activities.
• Participants agree and acknowledge that they shall bear their own risks, and agree to release the organiser and co-organisers from any and all liabilities arising from this activity, including any property loss, personal injury, or related matters incurred by the participants.
• Seats are limited, and registration is accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. In case of any dispute, the organisation reserves the right of final decision.
• Please follow the instructions of our staff throughout the tour.

• Outdoor activities are involved. Participants are advised to wear casual clothing and sports shoes for the event.

• All participants are required to attend the entire tour. Leaving the group without prior authorisation is not permitted.
• If the Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No.8 or above, Red or Black Rainstorm Warning or "Extreme Conditions" is issued or remains in force 3 hours before the commencement of the registration time of the tour at 6:45am, the tour will be cancelled.
• In the event of inclement weather, the organiser reserves the right to alter the tour's content or cancel the itinerary.
• No photography, audio or video recording is allowed unless prior permission is obtained from the ICAC and the Hong Kong Talent Engage.
• The HKTE and ICAC may take photos and videos during the activity and retain ownership of, and the right to use, all photographs, videos and other images captured, as well as participants’ comments and survey results, for promotional purposes, including but not limited to publication on websites and social media platforms, and in promotional materials and annual reports.
