Description of Tasks
  • Major duties of surveyors and assistant surveyors include: provides expertise services on the following aspects of building and civil engineering design and construction administration: (1) project cost planning, (2) pre-contract documentation including front part of tenders, bills of quantities and specifications, (3) tendering procedures and assessment, contractual agreements and advice on selection of tenders, (4) post-contract services including measurement of works, preparation of interim and final payment certificates and settlement of other contractual claims.
Minimum Requirements
  • At least a bachelor's degree in surveying or other relevant programmes.
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience related to land use planning, design, construction, operation of buildings/facilities/infrastructure, or maintenance works.
