Mr Felix Chan, the Director of Hong Kong Talent Engage (HKTE), recently attended the CTgoodjobs Best HR Awards 2025 as officiating guest and award presenter. He emphasised in the address that talent is the most valuable asset of enterprises, and a vital cornerstone for Hong Kong’s long-term development.
