During the session, Mr Arnold Cheung shared the evolving role of AI in Hong Kong’s modern hiring process. He offered practical guidance on crafting CVs compatible with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and suggested best practices for tailoring applications to ensure talent can successfully capture the attention of prospective employers.
Ms Bing Zhang provided her perspective on employer expectations and corporate hiring procedures in Hong Kong. She highlighted practical interview techniques and offered pre-interview advice to equip talent to effectively demonstrate their professional suitability.
Mr Rocky Zhu outlined tips on how talent can prepare and structure their responses during interviews. He also suggested frameworks for a standout self-introduction alongside insightful questions to ask the employers, enabling talent to showcase their technical skills to differentiate themselves in a competitive job market.
