Hong Kong Talent Engage (HKTE) was pleased to participate in the opening ceremony of the 2026 Canadian University Career Trek on 27 April.
Organised by the Canadian University Association, the event brought together 50 elite students from 16 Canadian universities, including eligible universities under the Top Talent Pass Scheme. During the event, Mr Felix Chan, the Director of HKTE, highlighted Hong Kong’s unparalleled advantages and its streamlined talent admission schemes, giving students an in-depth understanding of the city’s career development pathways and diverse opportunities.
As the majority of these students specialise in Commerce, many expressed a strong interest in launching their careers in the Chinese Mainland and Hong Kong. HKTE is committed to assisting such talent by offering comprehensive one-stop support services for settling in the city and navigating the local job market, while remaining dedicated to connecting with future leaders and demonstrating Hong Kong’s unique position as an international talent hub.
