Mr Chris Sun, the Secretary for Labour and Welfare and Mr Felix Chan, the Director of Hong Kong Talent Engage (HKTE), were pleased to support in the 全方位新領袖論壇暨嘉許禮 on 25 April 2026. The ceremony recognised talent from the Chinese Mainland and overseas who have achieved exceptional professional success while demonstrating multi-faceted passions beyond their careers.
Mr Sun stated that, after nearly four years of endeavour, the talent attraction initiatives have received positive outcomes. Through various talent admission schemes, approximately 280,000 talent have moved to Hong Kong. He believed that the high demand for these opportunities stems from a general recognition of the vast potential Hong Kong offers as a global stage.
During the forum, Mr Chan elaborated on HKTE's roadmap to reach out to key global regions for targeted promotion alongside sector-specific recruitment. He further outlined HKTE’s plan to strengthen support by expanding the partner network to offer one-stop support services covering various aspects, thereby assisting incoming talent in achieving long-term settlement without worries.
